How does it work?
I Usually take around 2-3 commissions a month. If selected, I'll send you an email with further details on the process (including a terms of agreement contract). Please confirm you'd like to continue with the order within 72 hours or your slot may be given away to someone else.
What are my dolls made of?
All of my dolls are made with a combination of different materials with my specialty being the use of paper.
body: a wire skeleton covered in upholstery foam.
heads, hands and feet: Painted polymer clay.
Hair: Paper.
Clothing: Painted paper, or a combination of paper and fabric dependent on the design.
PLEASE NOTE MY CHARACTERS FOR COMMISSIONS ARE NOT POSABLE. If you would be interested in a posable character please email me at Mackenziesdollhouse@yahoo.com with details on your character. Posable characters clothing would be fully made of fabric and incur an additional cost.
How much does it cost?
Custom dolls start at £320 (not including shipping) Pricing is dependent on the level of detail so this can increase to around £380 with the average price at around £350. I will send you a full estimate upon reaching out to you about your request.
I take a nonrefundable deposit (50% of the total cost) upon the acceptance of your order. Once the final sketch/concept for your doll has been approved, I will then request the full remainder of the payment before beginning the sculpting process.

Unfortunately I am currently unable to sell to EU countries due to harsh regulations.
What can I request?
I do not take requests for copyrighted characters (for example: Coraline, Corpse Bride, Disney characters etc.). I only create original characters with your vision and guidance.
You may request repeats of previous designs, however I am unable to make repeats of other commissions. If you are interested in requesting a repeat doll please skip this form and email me at mackenziesdollhouse@yahoo.com with the subject line (Request repeat character).
How long will my custom take?
All customs are completed within a maximum of 8 weeks.
How big are my dolls?
The size entirely depends on each dolls pose but on average their measurements are between:
Height: 21cm- 24 cm when standing.
