How does it work?

I Usually take around 4-5 commissions a month. If selected, I'll send you an email with further details on the process (including a terms of agreement contract). Please confirm you'd like to continue with the order within 72 hours.

 

How much does it cost?

Custom dolls start at £250 (not including shipping) Pricing is dependent on details so this can increase to around £320 with the average price at around £280. I will send you a full estimate upon reaching out to you about your request. 

 

I take a nonrefundable deposit (50% of the total cost) upon the acceptance of your order. Once the final sketch/concept for your doll has been approved, I will then request the full remainder of the payment before beginning the sculpting process.

 

Payment is taken via PayPal invoicing

Europe (Non EU)- £20

Canada- £23

Australia/New Zealand- £27

Other- I will give an estimate upon the request but will most likely be around £25

 

What can I request?

I do not take requests for copyrighted characters (for example: Coraline, Corpse Bride, Disney characters etc.). I only create my own original characters with your vision and guidance.

 

You may request repeats of previous designs, however I am unable to make repeats of other commissions.  If you are interested in requesting a repeat doll please skip this form and email me at mackenziesdollhouse@yahoo.com with the subject line (Request repeat character).

 

How long will my custom take?

All customs are completed within a maximum of 7 weeks. Most will be completed earlier.

How big are my dolls?

The size entirely depends on each dolls pose but on average their measurements are between:

Height: 21cm- 23 cm when standing. 

Width- 7-15 cm (depends on position of arms)

Depth- 7-10 cm (depends on position of arms)
